   This extra flexible flat cable with 0.75 mm²cross section is suitable for connecting up elevators . The cables without steel core support can be used until 65 meter free suspended length , the drift velocity doesn't exceed. 4 m/s and the environment's temperature is between -40 C and + 60 C . 24 conductor cable with steel core support can be used until 85 meter suspending length, maximum drift velocity 6m/sec. The use of the cable out of this limits can be provided with an agreement between NERGIZ cable and customer by changing product's specifications.Cables with 1 mm² cross section are used for longer suspension length than 85 meter. This cable has been designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with EN 50214 standard.We can supply our test reports with the samples.Cables comply with the European Union rohs standards.

DESIGN

• Annealed electrolytic flexible copper conductor, class 5 according to Iec 228.
• PVC insulations (PVC/D type). Conductors of this cable have been identified by numbers. Numerical markings appears at least 25 times per meter.
• PVC outer sheath (pvc/ST5) black color.Conductors are white color.
• Nylon rope for easy pulling of the outer sheath of this cable is optional.Nylon rope doesnot effect the price.

   Nergiz Cable started to manufacture halogen free cable since 01/03/2010. Halogen free cables gives out much less smoke than the PVC cables at the fires.At the moment there is not any standard for halogen free elevator cables Usually people die from the smoke poisoning during the fires.We can supply all the standard elevator cables as halogen free.

    We started to manufacture flat flexible cables with CCTV(coaxial cable), power cable (3*1.5 mm².digital telephone cable(13*0.22m2)since 2007 year. The elevator cable with power cable cable is usually used at elevators with automatic doors for inverters. The special cables with steel core supports can be used until 65 meter suspension height. The special cables without steel core support can be used until 45 meter suspension length. Power cables are used at inverters for elevators with automatic doors.
